I need help. I am having a problem with a contractor and pace funding. I am low income and just got taken for a lot of money. Work was not supposed to be do ne until i approved and signed the pace contract. Contractor started and completed the work before i saw the pace contract and the contractors contract. Now the contractors are treat ening to sue me and take my home. Please help.
