The Northern California attorneys of Schoech Law Group have been retained by a group of 10 homeowners located in the center of California’s San Joaquin Valley in Merced County.  The homeowners who live in the tract-home development in the city of Los Banos have reported various construction defects including drywall and stucco cracks, exterior concrete cracks, plumbing leaks with damage to first floor living areas, shower leaks, electrical deficiencies, inadequate HVAC units, cracks in garage slabs, cracks around the windows, baseboards separating from the wall, and counter tile cracks.

Closed on a house in Hollister on Feb of this year. The house has a lot of issues and it seems like every time they send someone to fix something they end up making it worse. First floor tile is terrible and uneven. Second floor has carpet but is the same floor is uneven. That’s just the tip of the iceberg
